Cancellation Policy

POLICY A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for any cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations and/or no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late will be considered a no-show and charged in full. All missed appointment fees must be paid by the end of the scheduled appointment day. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms. I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
